By engaging with KS Vantage for the supply of packaging materials, you agree to the following terms.

1. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided via WhatsApp or email are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on raw material fluctuations.

2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

While we strive to support small businesses, certain products may have specific Minimum Order Quantities which will be communicated clearly in your quotation.

3. Delivery & Dispatch

We dispatch materials from our Hyderabad hub. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your exact pincode and local logistics conditions.

4. Returns

Claims for damaged or defective materials must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Custom-cut or printed items are non-returnable.

5. GST

All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A compliant GST invoice will be provided with every order.
